Whenever a new customer requests a service, we arrange an appointment for one of our staff to visit them at their site. This allows our expert to inspect and assess the site as well as listening to what the customer wants and needs. Once we have that information and have assessed the area needing work, we can then offer ideas and suggestions as to what might work and what wont. Having an idea of the customer’s budget also lets our staff suggest solutions to suit.
